Spring Term Training Schedule

The website has now been updated with a schedule for the remaining training sessions of the spring term, along with their respective focus areas.
Since we train once a week, we will continue with the rotating schedule focusing on different parts of the manuscripts. This allows for good variety in our training and helps balance knowledge across the different areas.
The sessions marked X1–X4 are flexible training slots. These may be used for sparring, review, extra focus on specific techniques, or catching up on missed content depending on the group's needs at the time.
